How Resident Evil and Final Fantasy XI Forged Friendship and Love

Video games are often the scapegoat for society's ills, but they can legitimately be excellent pathways to friendship and love. Tatjana Vejnovic reminisces on two games that did just that: Resident Evil and Final Fantasy XI. (Final Fantasy XI, Resident Evil, Retro)

"How Resident Evil and Final Fantasy are dead franchises to me" would be the name of the article to me. Metal Gear Solid to go the same way? Probably.

for Resi and FF you have a point but for MGS not yet but as it seems with his multiplatform strategy risks to follow the same fate (Resi and FF ruined by this international acceptance logic(aka X360 buyers should get it too) also Japanese developers false idea about what western audience like played a role for their disaster

Resident Evil and Final Fantasy may as well be dead, but MGS is still a solid franchise that's milking hasn't become a real problem yet.
