GIZORAMA - We’ve been putting the Moga Pro Power controller through the ringer lately, with multiple hardware and software tests. We decided to see how it stacks up with the controller it draws the most inspiration from, the Xbox 360 controller.
I was expecting a stupid comparison, but that kid did an excellent job.
Cell phones + dedicated controller This is the future of mobile gaming. As much as I like my psvita.... It very uncomfortable to hold for shooters and the screen is already outdated and not even HD
I agree 100% but, mobile gaming "currently" cannot touch the PS Vita lineup. PS Vita players are getting the full experience. -btw get a controller grip.
The Psvita line up?? What games? Only great game so far is Killzone.... And Rayman is good too. I'm waiting on Injustice, Borderlands and Gow collection. There are no games coming up this holiday season. Android/iOS is full of great shooters, racers, etc... For a fraction of the price. I have a controller grip. It definitely helps... Triggers are clunky though.
"cannot touch the PS Vita lineup" Id disagree with this. While Id agree Vita does hold a definite advantage in game quality (one would sure hope so when comparing $30-50 games vs $2.99-$7.99), android does have handful of notable exceptions. But the moga+cell combo is indeed more comfy. Nova3, Dead Trigger 2, Conduit, Modern Combat, Bard's Tale to name a few.
-They are still plenty of games if you look in the ps store. Try something new. Batman Lego Valhalla Knights Atelier Meruru Plus Fifa Walking Dead Pixeljunk Metal Gear Solid Epic Mickey Hotline Miami Jak and Daxter LIMBO Soul Sacrifice Guacamelee WRC3 Dead or Alive MUD etc
I own the Moga Pro controller since about a Month. Best purchase i did in a LONG time. It just works and finally my phone is a real mobile gaming system. Sadly some of the best Android games are still on SNES, Genesis, PSX and N64. With these great controllers around devs need to bring out some quality games with controller support! There are some, especially from Rockstar and the Shooters/Racers from Gameloft, but come on I'm ready to pay 20-30 bucks for a good game!
