Say what you want about Microsoft and Xbox One, but this game is absolutely the best looking game of the next-gen, in the technical terms.

Hicken3819d ago

No, not even close.

Killzone, inFamous, The Order, Quantum Break all look better.

Agent agreed, Ryse is a graphical beast...Looks like a lot of fun too. I'm pretty psyched to get my hands on it.

You do realise its all bullshots right?

I mean there's enough live gameplay videos for everyone to now understand that it doesn't look anything like they claimed it to.

1nsomniac3819d ago

The cutscenes look great..

mhunterjr3819d ago

Lol man, the cutscenes are identical to the gameplay... And you make that comment, after I posted a link to a bunch of photos that prove it! Ridiculous!

mhunterjr3819d ago

I think that's debatable between killzone and Ryse in terms of launch games. Of course killzone is native 1080p, but Ryse has far more characters on screen at once and a much wider field of view.

No sense bickering, plenty of good looking games to choose from in a couple of weeks!

kewlkat0073819d ago

Gonna be tough to play on the other side after watching Spartacus..

zeal0us3819d ago

Please explain what are the Technical terms for Ryse?

scott1823819d ago (Edited 3819d ago )

I think Ryse looks stunning. But I do have to keep my opinion of Killzone being visually the best I have seen for launch. I'm not trying to take anything away from Ryse because it is gorgeous no doubt, and the character models are the best of a next gen game. Ryse is just great in it's own way, it looks fantastic to me.

Ryse looks gorgeous, and I even think it would be fun to play, but why is nearly everything they show not from direct gameplay. Enough with the trailers and character art, show more of someone actually playing the game because everything I've seen of that has been nice but less spectacular. If the gameplay looks so amazing let that speak for itself.

DefenderOfDoom2143d ago

Actually would love a new Crysis campaign.

P_Bomb143d ago

Ditto. Ran through them again last year. I’ll grab the new one.

Crazyglues142d ago (Edited 142d ago )

Yeah they really messed up by not adding the Multi-player to the Crysis Triogly because while the campaign was fun I really loved the Multi-player and couldn't wait to see what it was going to be like on current gen.

They could have dropped new maps and DLC and fans would have bought it up... -But they dropped the ball and did just the Campaign's with no new content or story, which was just crazy.

Anyway still hoping Crysis 4 is the whole Chicken Sandwhich with all the toppings.... Can't wait.

PrinceOfAnger142d ago (Edited 142d ago )

Yeah It will probably be 5 years development

SimpleSlave142d ago (Edited 142d ago )

That's awesome. So how long till the studio closes and everyone gets fired?

Shadow of Rome was so freaking good

Sashamaz368d ago

I'm still waiting for the sequel.

HyperMoused368d ago

Ryse was awesome, i have no idea why it wasnt recieved well and why we havnt seen another, Rome conquered so much, you could take the action anywhere, and it looked great when xbox one came out, now would be even better.
