How to Fix CPU Lag in Battlefield 4 (PC)

Ever get those CPU lag spikes when playing Battlefield 4 on the PC? This is the best way to fix it without having to tinker around your registries. (Battlefield 4, PC)

Has this worked for many people? I've yet to try it (will do so when I get home). I have been having terrible micro-stuttering even though I can run the game with 170fps.

I'd recommend you do what's suggested in this article and go to your task manager and set the priority to low.

It still stutters but it is largely speaking reduced and sometimes you forget its even there.
