Japanese developer Cygames opened a teaser site with a count down for something named "Project Blue" (most probably not the final title), described in the accompanying press release as a "blockbuster RPG."
As much as i want it to be for consoles or handhelds, it will most likely end up as mobile title -_-
I agree and you're probably right =.= it's such a waste for Uematsu's music.
A "blockbuster" title for mobiles? LOL! What a waste of talent.
nobou is composing for everything that isnt FF. he's clearly lost his charm with time.listen to his recent works and be glad he left ff
@vish His music is fine. It's just that you're probably far up in FF's arse.
I'd agree if it didn't say "blockbuster." Makes me think of an established franchise, but I can't think of too many that don't already have new entries announced. Suikoden, perhaps?
Suikoden on Mobile Phones? That would just kill whatever fanbase it still have, like what happened to Breath of Fire. >_<
Sadly even if it was for consules if more then likely wouldn't come to the states. How i miss those old days of jrpgs.
Near the PS4 launch party....believe :)
It's just a mobile game folks, move along.
Hopefully it comes to Vita, I need some JRPG goodness.
Could it be the SCEJ JRPG Verendus teased?? 0_0 If not, and it's a mobile game instead, I will write a strongly worded passive-aggressive 5000 words essay on why this is a horrible idea.
“blockbuster RPG.” "Cygames is normally known as a mobile developer and publisher." Guaranteed to be an indie, iOS, action-RPG... *sigh*
Meh, Mobile! The popular platform in Japan, Nobuo-san's music is being wasted on that.
Wii U release I hope. I need some more good JRPG's to hold me off until I can get my hands on that 'X' game next year.
Might be available as a digital download in the future for consoles/pc. Its not totally unheard of to go that route.
