Good on her to find a hobby and enjoy it. Life is short. Have some fun.

@Bigpappy

Life is short? says who?

your souls is eternal since it was created and it is only temporary in this world.

and Satan did indeed trick many humans of his and his followers with his deceptions.

Even last studies shows a baby is born with the belief of one God. this is scientific study.

This is what prophet Mohammad peace be upon him said more than 1434 years ago.

Dr Justin Barrett, a senior researcher at the University of Oxford's Centre for Anthropology and Mind, claims that young people have a predisposition to believe in a supreme being because they assume that everything in the world was created with a purpose.
He says that young children have faith even when they have not been taught about it by family or at school, and argues that even those raised alone on a desert island would come to believe in God.
"The preponderance of scientific evidence for the past 10 years or so has shown that a lot more seems to be built into the natural development of children's minds than we once thought, including a predisposition to see the natural world as designed and purposeful and that some kind of intelligent being is behind that purpose," he told BBC Radio 4's Today programme.
"If we threw a handful on an island and they raised themselves I think they would believe in God."
In a lecture to be given at the University of Cambridge's Faraday Institute on Tuesday, Dr Barrett will cite psychological experiments carried out on children that he says show they instinctively believe that almost everything has been designed with a specific purpose.

Prophet Mohammad PBUH said, "Every child is born with a true faith (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) but his parents convert him to Judaism or to Christianity or to Magainism, as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. Do you find it mutilated?"

Don't post religious crap on here. No one cares about whatever you believe in and it's completely irrelevant to this video.

Bigpappy1388d ago (Edited 1388d ago )

I respect your views and all religions. But unfortunately, I do not believe in any of them. I am not interested in which theory of how we got here is right or wrong. What I do know it how we reproduce to get here (I have children) and that we are all going to die at some point (I know many that have fallen). So this life is a big deal to me. I treasure every second of it. If you thing there are golden street with untold number of virgins waiting to fulfill your fantasies (pure greed from where I sit) , I do with pray that you get it all. I think that when I am dead, all that is left of me is what I did while I was here and my blood line. So your religious belief is what your were thought from birth and has be followed by many before you. I to was thought religion. But I am a rebel of sorts, and a free thinker. So if I am to believe God made me and gave me the will to choose my own path, then why do I need religion. I should be smart enough to figure this all out on my own.
I am not trying to be disrespectful, but when you preach to me I find it disrespectful to me. Because that means you see yourself as more enlighten than I am. I don't need saving or enlightenment. I am the one here who is truly free. I decide what I will allow my limitations to be and what I see worth dying for. I see that this woman dressed and assume she is Muslim. But that quickly leave my mind because it is neither here, or there (I don't care). I know she is human and female. None of us are the same, but we are all equal. We all serve a vita roll and should have a the opportunity to pursue our talents and desires as long as they do not impose on others.
I have no interest in changing you to what I am. That is a choice I am sure you can make on you own. So please do not preach to me. I am not your son and by no means inferior to any other man who have ever waked this earth.

As a religious person why did you choose the forum name "The Killer"? Just curious. I find that must people who say they are religious are really not. They just play the roll publicly because it gives them an identity that they think others will see as moral or judge them on rather than their character. I am just me, learn who that is, and you got the whole story. I am an individual, not a group. The group I identify with is human. We come in many colors and have traits that are helpful to us based on the region of origin. But we are people. I you choose to not hold the banner so close to your chest, you will fine that most of us are living in peace and finding joy in most of our lives. What if the book your are reading is wrong? Ever thought of that. I highly doubt it. You prefer to be lead. I prefer to depend on ME. If I am wrong, I screwed myself. Better I do it than let you!

@bigpappy

U said "So if I am to believe God made me and gave me the will to choose my own path, then why do I need religion. I should be smart enough to figure this all out on my own."

u need a religion if u want to know what ur creator wants from u and wat awaits u if u do believe or dont. so ur actions are counted and u will be rewarded according to them. not believing is the biggest sin, believing is the biggest good deed. it is ur choice in what u want to believe but u will be held accountable for ur every action.

U said "I am the one here who is truly free. I decide what I will allow my limitations to be and what I see worth dying for."

i ask u, do u dare and challenge the laws of ur country? since u r free, u should do basically anything right? but in fact, ur is limited to what the laws allow it. so basically u r being controlled and manipulated by other men (who made the law) and u cant be truly free unless u r alone in a deserted island. humans will always interact with each other, and there will always be conflicts between people, who decide what is right and what is wrong? u decided to let other people to call the shots for u and tell u what u r allowed to do and what not, we muslims believe this right belongs only to God. through him we see everything clear and what is right and what is wrong.

conclusion to this point, u DO NOT make ur own limitations but ur laws did.

My name means nothing and i had it for long time. cant be bothered to change it.

u said "What if the book your are reading is wrong? Ever thought of that. I highly doubt it."

well, actually i asked this question long time ago because i didnt want to be a sheep following what my parents are following, and i didnt want to be arrogant and make my human flawed mind decides what is right and wrong, as i do know know all knowledge of the universe to decide that. i found many miracles and scientific evidence that supports everything the Quran said.

there is no point to mention all these evidences unless u r truly interested. but simply said, the Quran is Miracles book, if u read it objectively, u will know what i mean. it is perfect book, and only God can make a perfect book.

and following no religion IS a religion of it self. calling ur self free and decide what is right or wrong for u mean u r the source of initiating the laws or rights and wrongs for ur self, so ur desires and whimps are ur God.

we muslims believe the right to decide what is right and what is wrong belong to the ones who made everything from nothing.

No sir. If I think the laws in the country are unjust and limit me from doing what is right for me, I will simply break them and be a criminal. There are laws I do not agree with, but most of those have not affected my daily life. Most laws are there to protect us from each other, and get changed if there are unjust. That is if you live in a country where people chose their leaders. I believe in good governance and that laws are needed for a civil society. I consider myself very civil and just. But I choose to be this way. If you met me, you would think I am a very religious person just based on my attitude and demeanor. There are many teachings in religion that I agree with. I don't think believing or being religious is bad, but following some leader blindly because you think he is, is dangerous and bad. I can read a Karan or Bible the same way I read any other book on philosophy. I would not read it for direction, but to see if there is anything in there that I think could fix something about myself that I see as a flaw. So these book and me are not opposed, we actually have a lot of agreement. I just don't believe there is a god and I seek advise from those I trust when I think I need it.

I wish you well in you life. I that life is to pray to what you believe is a god, then I hope you receive all his blessings. I do not know you and do not judge you. I do not highly regard you or think lowly of you. But as I said before, I don't need fixing. I love myself and I like who I am.

Thank you for your thoughtful response.
