What Sony should do to get people interested in Music Unlimited and their Film store is add some content from both to PS+. Even if it's just one track or one classic film a month, people would then become aware of those PSN sections and perhaps visit them more often.

Smart man above me but i think if MU was like spotify or Pandora allot of people would use it was their a ever a free trial.

You can already listen to a lot of music on it for free. MU subscription adds more control and features along with full access to everything on demand.

Also they regularly offer discounts and free trials especially for ps+ members. On the movie/tv side they just need better deals and a streaming subscription service imo.

I feel this business model of paying xx for a rental is now outdated. Sony need to look at what Lovefilm, Netflix and now Sky (NowTV) are doing as they represent far better value.

Music unlimited is cool but they don't have all songs for my genre taste so leaving out mp3 is disapointing, having said that I use my phone most of the time for music or YouTube which will be added to ps4 soon I guess. Used the movie service on psn 2 or 3 times even though I disagree with the price but suffer from insomnia lol

I use Music Unlimited on my phone and tv more then ps3.

Just have to wait for deals for it to really be worth it, I renewed last year for like a dollar a month.

And since last year they also added plenty of memory for a decent sized offline playlist and a High Quality mode.

Has more songs then any other streaming services I can think of and Sony is huge in the music world so tons of stuff is day 1.

Think I payed £35 MU for the yr and yes there is phone/pc apps which you get songs for free but most people who are moaning about the mp3 not being included on ps4 probably torrent most music. My next door neighbour said he won't be buying a ps4 because of the mp3/cd not being included but he forgets to mention after 6 yrs with ps3 he still didn't upload his cd collection to
Ps3 or even plays mp3 files lol, he still uses his ancient hi Fi setup lol
