Car and Bike Selling Glitches Still Work in GTA Online After Patch 1.04

Just when Rockstar thought they patched the vehicle selling glitches in GTA Online, some resourceful people prove them wrong and find other ways to get millions of dollars with modified versions of the old glitches. (Grand Theft Auto Online, PS3, Xbox 360)

I wouldn't risk it, because it seems like rockstar is out to ban people who uses these glitches and exploits.

Ha ha Well for the disagrees and @holdmyown83, I'm simply going off the link that was on N4G the other day. So yeah If I was ya'll, I wouldn't risk it at the moment, at least not on the Xbox version, if you own that version. http://gamingbolt.com/repor...

Just as an fyi, that was a baseless rumor from a GTAForums post with no proof whatsoever. It was just a "hey a friend of mine was banned for glitching" post. R* may end up doing the cheaters pool thing, but even that isn't really confirmed yet aside from a R* Support post that was deleted.

My question is, who in the blue hell has the time to figure this shit out? This is about the most convoluted process I've ever seen before. Who just sits there all day trying out all this wacky stuff until something works?

I think the same exact thing about every glitch. I'm sure there are many accidental findings, but the glitch seekers have no lives. Just play your games.

What do you think game testers do? They're not paid to play a game to gauge how engaging the story is. They sit down and they have to try and break the game somehow and once they do, they have to try and replicate the problem and then write up a step by step on how to do it in order for the devs to fix it. People are actually paid to figure out convoluted ways to exploit games. Rockstar needs to hire better ones.

I know what game testers do - I used to be one. I can understand if breaking the game is literally your job, but that doesn't apply here.

You don't think there's ex-game testers out there who have the skills to find these exploits? How else do you think they find them? Leprechauns? Game Genies?

They are not banning anybody!!!

Duh.

I imagined this was the face of the man who typed this down.

Lame. Play the game, win some death matches, sell some cars. Earning money isn't difficult. It's actually pretty damn fun. All those people exploiting glitches aren't really playing the game. Granted, being able to buy nice cars might help you out in a race, but modding it well comes through winning races, and only good drivers win races. Killers win death matches, not the dude with the best gun. Stunt in the lobby all you want; I'm busy earning my cash in competition.
