Metal Gear Solid 5: Hideo Kojima's insight about incorporating open world design in the series

With the recent departure of what the earlier franchise has been up to now, Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain will throw players in an open world designed game where they can go on a mission whenever or however they want. In an interview with the MGS creator Hideo Kojima, he shared his insights about how the open world design of the game could be an advantage. (Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

I wish they would give us a damn release date/window. If they MUST release Ground Zeroes separate, I would at least like a date for that to hold me over. I get so frustrated every time I read about MGSV, cuz it could be out next year or 2015/16 for all I know.
