The Greatest Strength Of The Pokemon Franchise: Evolution

Red. Blue. Yellow. A Nidorino and a Gengar. A grey brick to play the game on, and the question, “What is Pokémon?” Six series later and Pokémon is one of the greatest franchises in video game history. But what made it survive this long? It’s as simple as it is obvious. Evolution. (3DS, Game Freak, Nintendo DS, Pokemon)

It's one of those things that I never really thought about until I read this article. It's amazing to see how much the games have changed over the years.
