Hardcopy vs a digital copy, should be cheaper. Not sure why digital copies aren't at least 10% off of retail from the get go.

it different for most handheld games costing same whether it digital or physical

It's one of the best games I ever played. It deserves more sales.

How long is this game and it's prequel ?

15-20 hours to beat ? Mostly story right ?

Personally, for me, played up to 30+ hours. Such a great game.

I don't know how many hours I took to beat it, but it's quite long. Each decision you make in the game creates a "branch" in the storyline, and to truly finish the game you have to go through all of them. The whole thing just blew my mind. It depends on how fast you can solve puzzles or if you use walkthroughs.

In fact, talking about this game made me want to play it's prequel 9 Hours, 9 People, 9 Doors. I'm looking for it right now on online shops.

Before I play this (and I have seen all the hype) I need to know this:

Did any one of you who played this or 999 reject it at first because the artstyle or the tone annoyed you?

I have to know because so far I can't appreciate it very much when I think the artstyle seems so bland and the tone is so overly edgy, and second of all I'm not digging anime very much but I have watched a few, so I need to know if any non-anime fans or "anime-haters" played this and loved it?

The game is less anime-like then you might suspect.

I played it when it was free on the European PS Plus a few months back. And i am glad i did, but i warn you this game might compare to an art-house movie with a brilliant plot, but sitting through the movie might sometimes be tedious.

nevertheless is you like puzzles than you will love this game, some puzzles are really difficult while others are easy.

Great, thanks. It sounds like it might be right down my alley, afterall!
