Today in History: October 21st, 1989- Rambo III Brings the War to Sega Genesis

Triverse writes, "Sega was doing a lot of things right with their Genesis system, things that Nintendo was not able to compete with. For one, they were big on bringing in licensed properties that weren’t on Nintendo (and locking a few up like Michael Jackson). Another thing they did right was bringing arcade games home. When they combined the two though, it was hard to pass up, which is exactly what they did with Rambo III in 1989." (Retro)
