DOA x Tekken, Still waiting for that day to arrive..

I just hope Harada will focus on making great quality Tekken games. I don't care if there will be a demo or a f2p ver, I want a full retail game. I don't want the next tekken to be tailored for casual gamers, I want it to remain a serious fighting game.

Following the K.I train. That's awesome news. Kudos to microsoft for starting it. Be the leader.

Thehyph3841d ago

Except there's already a free to play Tekken out now.

Also, it's crap.

Dead or Alive and Tekken both had Free 2 Play versions out before Killer Instinct though. So how are Microsoft the ones that started it?

Tekken Revolution's been out since June and Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate: Core Fighters has been out for awhile as well.

Lol you're late, DOA and Tekken have both been free to play for a while already. I've got them both on my PS3.

Did they not release on 360 or did you just not notice them? Either way they definitely aren't "following the K.I.train", they laid the tracks.

Fuck free to play fighting games, id rather pay my hard earned money and get a good fighting game and be able to play it with someone sat on a couch next to me. tekken revolution was interesting, but ttt2 still wipes the floor with it, free to play fighting games arent the way forward, if you want to get more people playing your fighting game then release a demo for it and promote the fuck out of it.

This is what makes me hate devs and publishers. I mean, aren't they happy with whatever million fans they got?? I hope Tekken doesn't got the casual way, but Tekken revolution was crap so thats not a good sign. TTT2 craps all over it in every way.

DOA too, sure its easy to grasp, but hard as hell to master.

I would love for an TxDOA crossover to happen, seeing Anna's tits jiggle would be a sight /s
