What's Changed in Dark Souls 2 | IGN

On October 12th, 5000 testers logged in for the Dark Souls II beta, a brief slice of the full game that’ll be out in March next year. The purpose was as a test of From Software's server strength prior to the game's launch, but it also gave an insight into the game's direction. The test lasted for two hours, enough time to get a feel for the game's aesthetic differences and mechanical tweaks from its predecessor - but it was still short enough to keep this tester wanting. (Dark Souls 2, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
