Open World Games for Next-Gen: Better, Not Bigger Games

"The open world games of this generation are really good, but not quite great, when you think about it. Many times I’ll get the same reaction or outcome from NPC’s with my in-game actions. I don't want bigger enviorments. I've been dreaming of the day when I can go into any building in GTA. Browse and antique store position things in my house. Buy any house I want by "convincing" the buyer to sell mwahagha
