you can customize a few things and fly around in a procedural environment, so what.

Your lack of seeing the obvious is disturbing. First, his name is ATI_Elite, which is homage to old ATI (the PC GPU card maker) before being rebranded AMD. Second, his avatar is Rome II, which is a PC exclusive game. Third, he puts the (my post is full of sarcasm) /sarc at the end. And last, but not least, he is known to be one of the loudest advocates FOR PC across N4G. The only explanations I can think of is that you must be either new or YOU forgot your /sarc. :) I'll just assume it's the latter.
