PS4 Impressions – Killzone Shadowfall, Knack and Assassins Creed 4 | Press Start Australia

Over the course of the weekend Press Start Australia were fortunate enough to be given access to the EB Expo. They had the opportunity to sample some amazing up and coming titles as well as get an in depth view to a few of the games via interviews with developers and insiders of that particular game. (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Knack, PS4)

How is it returning to Killzone 2 roots? GG said the lag is gone in KZ: Shadow Fall. So it shouldn't feel like Killzone 2 at all right?

The weighty feel had nothing to do with lag, Smh.

what i meant was the realness of kz2. i didn't had no problem with the lag the online was fun and was more of a challenge compare to 3

@abusador

Umm yes the lag was the weighty feel. A lot of people liked it and a lot of people didn't. In single player I liked it ok but as far as multiplayer I don't.

I hated the lag in Killzone 2, hated it enough that I didn't even get as far as shooting anyone. But didn't they release a patch to address it shortly after launch?

Killzone 2 was great, and it wasn't the lag or weight. It was the gameplay and class interdependency. The game was somewhere between Team Fortress and BF 3 in terms of scale and teamwork. I love how all the guns had huge arm breaking recoil too. It takes skill to hit anything.

Killzone 3 abandoned all that for CoD hot trash. If Killzone SF want to have a chance in hell then GG need to return to it's roots and focus on what made Killzone on the PS3 great.

The lag and the sense of weight are two different things, and i have my KZ2 platinum to know it the lag issue was way improved, and i love the weight sense of killzone
