'Beyond: Two Souls' Review: An In-Depth Critique | Forbes

Forbes - "I’m glad I’m not giving Beyond: Two Souls a score. It’s one of those games that I think I’d have a hard time assigning a number to.

For one thing, it’s only sort of a video game. It’s not really a movie, either, so it’s hard to qualify. It’s an “interactive” something-or-other. A game, but not particularly comfortable as a game. Much like its main protagonist, it suffers from an identity crisis." (Beyond: Two Souls, PS3) -

What a complete BS review. No score? Don't bother reading this garbage I'll save you some time. The reviewer doesn't like the game but he fails to mention why. Typical anti Sony review.

Try reading the review, he actually liked it and judged it for what it is. The nonsense you and Killzoner are spewing is horribly off.

Forbes is like Examiner.com - it relies on user-submitted content, there is no single editorial voice.

Here's a "Forbes review" that gives it 9/10.

No score is good. It means you have to actually read the article instead of just looking at a number. If the article doesn't explain any pros or cons though then that's bad.

WRONG!! Very in-depth review and the reviewer actually likes the game in spite of all the flaws that he mentions.

You couldn't have had that more wrong.

This review for me is probably the best one I've come across. He reviewed the game for what it is and what it tries to be. Much of the review is focused on the story and narrative since the game itself is more story driven than gameplay focused.

The story structure and telling seem to be weaker than David Cage intended for them to be. It would appear he isn't a very good storyteller.

I didn't realise literacy and comprehension could be at such great odds with one another! Seriously though, try reading it again you may find yourself surprised.

Well you know what, hes right! Its one of those games you just cant score. Depends what youre into. Personally, i am enjoying it much more than TLOU! Its a far more creative and artistc game than it! Its not going to be for everyone though. You have alot of ADHD kids out there that need to run and gun all the time.

If theyre not shooting in a game, they will bash it. A game like this is much more sophisticated. Doesnt come around often, and thats actually a good thing. Many people will miss the point of this game i think, and thats ashame.
