'Assassin’s Creed 4' will not let players kill sharks while underwater

Were you one of the people who were thinking when you play Assassin's Creed 4 you are going to be able to stealthily creep up behind a Great White Shark, while under water, and take it down? Well guess what? You will not be able to do that.

In an exclusive interview with Examiner, Assassin's Creed 4 game director Ashraf Ismail confirmed to us that players will not be able to kill sharks while they are underwater. (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, PC, PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

Yeah, because in real life we can all stealthily creep up behind a Great White Shark and kill it with hand held weapon.

I do that all the time

To be fair, in real life we can't all scale tall buildings, leap in to haystacks, wield ancient debilitating artifacts and climb into contraptions that access our ancestors' memories through our DNA either.

Haven't purchased an Assassin's Creed game since AC2, but that thumbnail and all the previews I've read guarantees a buy from me.

I terms of badasses yes but when it comes to these games. I take GTA5, if AC4 let me and my friends share a boat and take on adventures together I would agree. I would love to start a Pirate Crew and sail the seas with them discovering islands and treasure.

Must not be aware. Most hacked, glitched single player. Most broken glitched online. Yes, 10/10.....

People looking for GTAV cheap check Craigslist. People are dropping this game fast because if countless issues. Plus, Next Gen in only a month away.

I just picked up a second copy so when my cousin comes to visit this weekend we can play together. I've been having a blast in online since the patches fixed the problems.

You'll have to wait for the Sharkborn expansion for that.

That's realistic - if you ask me.

I was surprised that one can knife a shark while underwater in GTAV.

I can suspend my disbelief that one could kill a shark from a boat. But I have a harder time believing one could kill a shark underwater - in it's domain.
