ENE3: "We talked with a programmer at DICE Stockholm, who has worked in the ports of Battlefield 3 for Xbox 360 and PS3, and is currently working on the game adaptation of the new PS4 and Xbox One."
Metro, 64 players, 60fps... *gargle*
1: That DICE would consider making a 1943-type Battlefield game again. No unlocks. No 'perks'. No customizable load-outs. Just amazing gameplay on fantastic maps, where everyone is 'equal'. I really loved that 'basic' kind of Conquest gameplay, where it's just you and 23 others, and the only thing that matters is your skill and having fun. 2: That they would develop a new Rally game, considering their Rallisport Challenge 2 was amazing.
I wonder if the devs that made RSC2 are still employed there. If I am correct, RSC2 was hailed as one of the best racing games at the time.
I can but hope for 2143 in the style of 1943. Although I highly doubt there will be another game of the same style. EA wouldn't be able to milk it with DLC so I guess it will never happen.
its good to read that the open beta is just a litte better than the E3 build, and that the game is actually MUCH more developed at the moment at the studio...
