Those poor, poor Colossi. All they want is be left alone to wander majestically, but if you want to save your lady friend, you’re gonna have to bring them down. I know. Take a minute to prepare your mental state, and then make sure your hard drive is ready for this awesome game when it becomes free for PlayStation Plus members tomorrow. There are also discounts on some Activision titles including classic titles like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon.

psn+ members get awesome free games

XB1_PS41301d ago (Edited 1301d ago )

Can everyone stop saying free? I get games with Ps+ on my Vita, but I pay for the service. Albeit, the service is an amazing value, but it's not free. That's like saying you get free games from gamefly after paying monthly.

They are free.I renewed my PS+ Service in Jan of this year.It paid for itself in febuary.Everything thing since then has been a freebie bonus.

LetoAtreides821301d ago (Edited 1301d ago )

XB1_PS4, you get your money back in value within a few months, and any "free" game you get after is essentially free.

Saw Far Cry 3 in the shops the other day for $80 bucks.
Subscription to plus for a year only costs $70 (here in Oz)

That's just one of many for the year, PS+ games are pretty much free.

Bobby Kotex1301d ago (Edited 1301d ago )

@BitbyDeath Far Cry 3 is $26-$30 at most in Australia. PS+ is a good value, no need to make crap up.

BitbyDeath1300d ago

$74.95 at my local, not making up anything

You definitely should. The game is worth a replay obviously, and does look better and is more immersive in widescreen HD.

Shadow of the Colossus, FINALLY! And Spyro: Year of the Dragon for only $3. AWESOME!

FamilyGuy1301d ago

Waaaa, I'm definitely down to play some old school Spyro for $3

ziggurcat1301d ago (Edited 1301d ago )

finally? they already had it for free. not complaining or anything, i think it's great for those who may have missed it the first time.

edit: unless it wasn't actually free, and just on sale... i got it somehow, but i may have been three sheets to the wind :/

ziggurcat1300d ago

Actually I think the likelihood that I purchased it on sale.

RedDevils1300d ago

since this generation coming to an end, I could safely announce that PSN+ is one of the greatest thing that got introduced this generation.

as for SOC I already own the HD collection and I won't sell this masterpiece.

prodg521301d ago

Does anyone know if you can remote play the spyro and crash games?

hankmoody1301d ago

This is definitely an exclusive that Sony can brag about. I finally got to play this when it was released in that HD two pack with ICO and fell in love with it.
