Sony tapped into Cerny's decades of experience when they asked him to be the system architect for their next console. Cerny has a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology but still has a passion for fun character-focused platformers; the action/platformer Knack is his first project as a creative director, and it launches along with the PlayStation 4 on November 15.

Yeah Crash Bandicoot was definatly 1 of the hardest games on PS1

Levels like Slippery climb,Road to nowhere and Highroad is what nightmares are made of.

That game (and the series as a whole) are very fun to play still to this day.

What i liked was the advertising Sony did. That one commercial where Crash was egging on the old lady...classic.

Cerny is a stand up guy with lots of experience. no doubt he will do great things with the system.

I've just finished the first one again and I really like the difficulty in this game. Yes you are going to die a lot but the more you die the better you become up to the point where you can almost spreed run through a level without dying.

What was really weird though is that you have to play with the D-pad. Took some time to get used too again.
