Ian DeMartino of GameWoof writes "SoulCraft is an interesting beast of a game. It sports AAA graphics, cross platform play and pretty much everything you would want in a game. It also includes ads, high IAP packages, and very frequent “paywalls” (That is, parts where the creators make the game too hard in order to encourage you to purchase some in-game currency) So does the good outweigh the bad? The short answer is “absolutely.”
There are two ways you can play this game, you can either pay five dollars or more, gain “gold membership” and increase your the rewards after a battle 100% and greatly lower the height of the paywalls, or you can play for free and find yourself grinding more than actually progressing. Financial concerns limit me to the later, so what is playing Soulcraft like without spending a dime? As it turns out it is still a very entertaining game, that does move slower than you would like and has more ads than you likely want to see, but that is the price you pay for enjoying an otherwise amazing game without spending a dime."
