I would put TLOU in my top 5. up until that game even game makers used to say that games were a poor story-telling medium. Now no-one says that anymore.

Naughty Dog didnt push the boundaries, they just knew exactly where the boundaries were and never crossed them.

I know I am going to receive flak for this but I have to go with Vanquish. It was such a roller coaster from start to finish and never thought I would play a shooter where I felt cover is an afterthought. Taking apart tanks with my bare hands is also a plus.

Vanquish was really good, I doubt you'll get flak for that. Fast paced, almost turbo action which felt brilliant and looked awesome as well.

Definitely Little big planet. That game was super ambitious but it knocked it out of the park, and it did it with an awesome art style too
