Maxis looks to fans to draft 'mod guidelines' for SimCity

SimCity Mayors could soon start apply mods, as Maxis has revealed plans for a set of guidelines that will determine what user generated content (UGC) would be permitted. Altering the simulation is a big no.

Art assets for buildings and vehicles are definitely in. Whatever the mods end up being they must ensure an environment that's "safe and has integrity," so no rude municipal erections! (PC, SimCity)
