... you know, now that Sega's bought ATLUS, maybe ATLUS USA will handle localization of VC3.

It's entirely possible- I don't know how plausible it may be, though- that part of the reason Sega wanted ATLUS was for that very reason. ATLUS USA is excellent at localizing games for the west, and they do it on a budget that's probably a lot lower than what Sega could offer them. With ATLUS USA's expertise, and ATLUS' library period, Sega could be looking to make a massive push into JRPG relevancy again.

I sincerely hope so, anyway. They could also be making moves that sink them, and take one of my favorite companies with them. So I choose to believe that my first paragraph is what's happening, cuz the second idea is too sad.
