GameSpy writes: "One of the larger announcements at Namco Bandai's recent Editor's Day was the impending U.S. release of Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm for PS3. While the company was quick to show off action-packed trailers for that new console title, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2 for PSP received a more muted debut.
As the sequel to Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes, the aptly-titled Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2 covers a lot of the same ground as its predecessor. It's a fighting game that prides itself on recreating the look and feel of the many battles in the "Naruto" anime. Thanks to the fairly simple control scheme, it's an easy title to pick up and play. The fighting engine also allows you to pull off impressive-looking cinematic moves that deal excessive amounts of damage."
-Fighting engine is fun, if a bit simplistic
-Graphics capture the look of the anime
-Mugenjo mode could potentially become repetitive
-There doesn't seem to be enough mini-games
