ZTGD | Killzone: Mercenary (Vita) Review

Ken McKown writes: The Vita has been out long enough now for me to proclaim that I love that system. Its screen is gorgeous, and the amount of content coming to it lately has really invigorated my interest in it as a platform. That said, I wish Sony would stop trying to legitimize the machine by proving it can handle a solid FPS. Resistance failed to prove it, Call of Duty failed to prove it and now Killzone does little to enforce the idea that the Vita needs this genre to thrive. Mercenary is yet another disappointing attempt to bring the genre to this portable device. (Killzone Mercenary, PS Vita) 5.5/10

Dear lord, author, learn to adapt. I didnt change my settings at all and took me a few hours of SP and MP to get 'it'. Also, sure SP is quite short, but the replayability of Contracts help extend it. This review gave me a bad taste. Ugh.

Agreed sounds more like a hardware review than a software review.

Wow! It's ok, I still love this game. This is his opinion and I respect that. This game is awesome.

A non important idiotic review from a biased and lazy no name site shouldn't make a difference. Mercs is the best FPS on any portable device and that is what's important. It is a great game designed for the on the go gamer and works so beautifully. But opinions are just that.

It's running on the Killzone 3 engine... it has amazing particle and lighting effects. It hosts a variety of game modes and some great map layouts. The graphics are the best I've ever seen on a handheld.

It doesn't quite control like my home console... but that's because it's completely and easily portable.

This game is amazing ... the reviewer is full of crap.
