A Look at Ryse: Son of Rome | WinPhankyle

Dallas: The time has finally come, the next-gen video game systems are about to launch. For the past few years, Microsoft has been working tirelessly on creating the best entertainment experience that a video game console can offer. When the Xbox 360 was launched in 2005, Hulu didn’t exist, broadband internet wasn’t the norm and only a small number of people had an HDTV. When the Xbox One launches in November, Microsoft will give us a video games console that not only plays some amazing looking games, but it will also act as a all-in-one hub for living room entertainment.

Before the Xbox One launches, I will go into more detail on the new Kinect 2.0 and other exciting features that will come with the Xbox One, but for now, I would like to focus on an upcoming Xbox One game that is being developed by Crytek and published by Microsoft.

The pinnacle of next gen Graphics.

might be low quality but I still love the shots from e3 most. Marcus face looks so cinematic...the expressions make me feel like I am looking at a real person and a real event, not just a bunch of polygons. You can really tell he is about to go into the battle.

Screenshots don't make a game, funny thing is we hardly see any clips of the game in motion and the videos released are underwhelming.

And it is very likely the graphics will be downgraded to make the game reach the target of 30fps judging by the scaled down details in a comparison made the other day.

Ryse Uses CryEngine 4th Generation. It's a new engine(4.0) Give the devs a break dude. I know some of you view this as some great victory. You hate it and don't care yet you guys care more about it than the fans. The final resolution won't stop the game from blowing our minds even more when we see close to final polish over the next few days.

So I guess COD Ghosts 1080p 60fps is better looking than every other next gen game if you go by res and fps.

This game just looks sooo freaking good! Oh man, my stomach just ties up in a knot when I see the HD shots. So detail and so clean. Whether 900P or 1080P, it is definitely the most beautiful game I have seen so far.

I don't really get it. It doesn't matter which system you like, respect the amount of work that goes into creating a entertaining experience. These guys are trying their best to make a unique experience and people dislike it because of the console it is on. Man get over yourself. If its not for you don't play it.

To the main article: ''Can't wait for this game!!!''

You're absolutely right. Too bad for sad PS fanboys coming to all Xbox articles and downvoting comments that have anything positive in it relating to the Xbox One.

The PS community on this website is terrible and I am happy that they won't be on Xbox Live.

I'm about sick of seeing this game. You can tell it has roots from the X360 development with some of the textures. Overall not seen too many impressive next gen games, but I still want KI and Forza on the XB1. PS4 probably will pick Madden 25 in November, and maybe Watch Dogs depending the comparison between the PC and PS4 version.
