IGN - "The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD gives us a definitive version of one of the best 3D action games ever made."
A whopping 9.8
Even though I think it deserves that score, I will never understand IGN's scoring system. How did they ever get a 9.8?!?@!
yeah it better just round it up
Isn't just a HD remake? Don't shout or scream I don't want to offend anyone but a 9.8 for a remake is HUUUGEEEELY good, either this game is amazing or it's purely beast (don't have WII U or any Nint system in ages) am i correct?
well if you missed it back during GC days it best to try it. Since it is redone from ground up on the engine used for Zelda Tech Demo and Wii U. Also most mechanics reworked.
This guy has WW's combat is the greatest out of any action RPG he's ever played... I'm a Wind Waker fanboy too buddy, but you're REEEEEEEAAAAAACCCCCHHHHIIIIIII NNNNNGGGGG here. He's probably never played much ARPGs before. And 9.8? That's too high for an HD remake/remaster, isn't it? Even Eurogamer have it a 10. Still, nice to see this getting such good reviews! I wish I had a Wii U though.
You're saying they should lower the score because it's a remaster? That doesn't take away from the quality of the game. The game looks beautiful, plays beautiful, and is really fun. If this game was a woman, 10 out of 10 would make love to it.
lol, so just because it released back on the Gamecube like 10 years ago means that it can't have a high score again when it's re-released? What was once good is not as good today? What kind of logic is that. The game was great before, and Nintendo has only made the game better. Why shouldn't it get a 9.8? Or is that too close to GTA V?
Missed it on my Cube.. absolutely will play this game on WiiU!
Can't wait! Pre-ordered the collectors edition form Gamestop, it comes with a Gannondorf figurine. I've never played this game, so it's all new to me, and should be amazing as always for the Zelda franchise.
not arguing with the score but i did not expect ign to go that high in a hundred years.
