Only took them 2 years! The only reason they are shutting it down is because the well is dry, 100 mill is now 2.50$ no more money to be made for Blizzard. They made their money now its time to actually make the game good.

Whoa thats a good news, I never thought they would do it. Unfortunetly its a bit too late even if its going in the good direction. The future is bright for Diablo 4 tho.

I wish the console version had the same loot system. Is it not easier to get look on the consoles verses the pc? Isn't the pc version more in line with the d2, that's what I wish.

I feel most people feel it is the quality of the loot versus the amount of loot. One could farm for weeks on PC and not get anything really worth selling (at least not worth selling in RMAH). Consoles at least drop gear relative to the character, so strength items or dex items. Granted, I feel the consoles do drop more loot too, but when you look at the way people have been looking at the console versions, many feel it is the superior version.

From the loot to the generalized (and offline or local coop) feelings to the game itself, many like it more. Diablo 3 was designed for consoles in mind and I personally feel the knocking off of the AH and the loot changes expected by the end of the year will make Diablo 3 much more in line with original expectations.

So will we be able to play offline on PC, too?

This doesn't feel as good as it should. Maybe I'm subconsciously weary of what Blizzard is gonna f*ck up next. Can we finally do away with that DRM? Rubber-banding on single player is something I still can't get over. AH is being torn down on March 2014? At this pace we should be getting the D3 originally we wanted in mid 2016.

Sweetness! This means that the PS4 version will be as sweet or even sweeter than the current console version. I was afraid that they were going to put in this auction house system, but I guess they've seen the light after the excellent reviews the console versions have received.

This is something blizzard should've done months ago. I never liked the AH because it took away from the core experience in my opinion now if they can make offline play possible then the PC community will no longer feel like they are missing out

Yea I agree, the diablo franchise is mostly for me the ''trading game'' and with the AH there was none.

Very true. Hopefully blizzard is not too late
