Being slated for PlayStation 4's launch window was the best thing that happened to Secret Ponchos and its independent developer Switchblade Monkeys. The story of how it happened is almost a fairy tale: Several Sony representatives, dressed in plain clothes, scouted the show floor at PAX Prime 2012, played a short 20-minute demo of Secret Ponchos, and from among everything they played, decided that the game deserved to brought to the PlayStation 4.
Switchblade Monkeys Entertainment obviously knows they have a good thing going with Secret Ponchos.
NoobFeed writes - Secret Ponchos is a rather unique game with intense fights and a high skill ceiling but in need of more players.
Switchblade Monkeys' Secret Ponchos didn't have the success on PS4 that the developer had hoped for, even after giving it away as a freebie with PS Plus. The developers talk working with Sony, development of the PC version and the possibility of cross-play between the PS4 and PC versions of the spaghetti western.
I need to give this game another chance. It just didn't grab me after my first few games.
Tried back this game 3 weeks ago. Could not find any online matches. Waited for a good 15 minutes.
