This Kuwaiti developed game looks incredible

The gaming industry in the Arab world is extremely fragile. Resources and talent are limited, for one, and we occasionally tend to fall flat in the creativity department. Not true, apparently! A friend of mine has shared with me a game on Kickstarter called Octopus City Blues; a game that's being developed in Kuwait. (Kickstarter, Octopus City Blues, PC)
