Should any classic characters be dropped for Smash Bros Wii U and 3DS?

ONM - "There has been a lot of excitement buzzing around the new Smash Bros games this year. We've been teased by screenshot after screenshot for both the Wii U and 3DS versions, seen a shiny trailer, met some brand new characters and also seen some old ones making a return." (3DS, Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros., Wii U)

Yes get rid of R.O.B. the robot, all clone characters like lucas and wolf!! put in characters like little mac from punch out! that's what I would like!

I agree with taking out R.o.b but wolf and lucas are far from clones.

Even if I don't like or use a particular character I don't feel like they should be dropping characters. The roster needs to grow not shrink. If I hate a character that much in a game like this it makes beating them up that much sweeter.
