Last week we covered five usability features that every console game should include. So far we've dealt with: Universal Pause, The "Go Faster" Button, Modern Saving, Chapter Select and the all important Knowing What the F'k I'm Doing.

Why are we going over usability? Because usability is the key to this generation of games. As we, as an industry, attempt to reach a broader and broader audience usability becomes more and more important. Even more than graphics, I argue that this is the generation of usability.
