"Eric mentioned that they’ll be giving out details about the Season Pass DLC “in the very near future”, “we are working out what’s in it”, and “we’re amping up what you get in [it] a bit.”" - PSLS
Amping it up? Interesting, hope it's something good!
Please hurry, im itching to see what the DLC will be about! I hope they announce more than 1 piece of singleplayer DLC, there's too much opportunity/potential in TLOU to only do one.
Please have a horde mode with the infected...PLEASE!
Yes, don't see why they didn't have a mode like this in the first place. I do hope it allows you to play is solo if you want. Hope they add a hardcore mode aswell where theres no loadouts and you only start with a pistol/crappy level 1 burst riffle with low ammo. Then you have to scavenge around the map to make better guns or to find them in randomly generated locations.
I would love a horde mode but i would want the map to be dynamic. Instead of spawning at the same point make it so you have to progress around environments.
I need some more MP content. Interrogation mode is cool, but when most matches end in ties, then something must be changed.
Yeah for real.. I've been waiting for months to hear about some DLC..
I'm telling you they need to add clickers and/or a few bloaters to the MP... Imagine it's your team vs the other team... shit is already hectic and crazy, then all of sudden a pack of clickers appear... It could change the entire tide of the battle.
It's funny you say that because in the snow town level (Lakeside) there's certain parts of the map, mostly near the wooden stairs on the outside where you can hear clickers.
If i get my old Ps3 Fatboy fixed (yLOD) this will be the first Game i get :) hopefully the paste will work a little wonder and im back on track :)
You need to heatgun/reflow the chips. Just putting on new paste won't do anything.
Thank you, i have a gun like that in my cellar :) Found a very detailed Guide
I actually fixed my Fatboy PS3 last month. Buy a $25 heatgun from Home Depot and then also get some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste for like a few bucks (Amazon or Radioshack maybe?) Then carefully disassemble the PS3. To get to the motherboard. Preheat the underside of the motherboard with the heat gun about 6-8 inches away for around a minute and a half, turn it around to expose the GPU and CPU and heat each of those around 45 seconds (3 inches away). Then let the board cool down by blowing the whole board about 8 inches away with the gun. Let it set for 15-30 mins. Apply thermal paste correctly, ensure good contact. Reassemble! It worked me for. Or just buy a new $199 ps3 and swap HDD for a larger one.
thanks for your advice, it keep your posts open when im doing it ;) and no money for a new PS3, im ok with my 250 OG Fatboy :)The Fan is huge in the PS3 btw :D
Oh yeah make sure you do not move the motherboard AT ALL while you are heating and cooling it. Put it on a flat surface with some sort of flat object under one of the sides (to keep it level, you'll see how the board is not able to be level sitting around, there are some prongs and such on the board) Any slight movements may misalign the chip and you're as good as screwed. Good luck dude!
I still gotta get that season pass :) (Y)
My body is ready!!!! Can't wait to see what they have in store!!
can't wait, i do hope for a horde mode too. but i'd love quite a bit of single player dlc
This is taking far too long. I have been waiting for ages it seems for even any news on dlc. I unfortunately had to trade it today for credit to get diablo 3 after all my friends moved on. I have the platinum trophy a while now so i played the game to death. Shame
I've never been a big fan of most multiplayer modes, but I am beyond excited to pick up the single player story DLC.
i know its probably too difficult to do, but id love it if they had random infected in a typical team deathmatch mode in multiplayer. pretty much make it typical team deathmatch but you have to watch out for infected would be so so awesome XD
