Blastron Review | GameWoof

Worms holds a special place in a large group of gamer’s hearts. The side scrolling turn based strategy game has been around forever and has seen iterations on countless platforms including Android. Blastron takes a lot from Worms, in fact if you called it “the free2play Worms” you wouldn’t be far off. It’s side scrolling, turn based, and contains a whole multitude of zany weapons and destructible environments, just like Worms. It also has a few differentiating features, most notably in Blastron you control one character rather than several, and more importantly, being a free2play game, it is riddled with IAPs. (Android, Blastron) 3.5/5
