5 Franchises That Need to Take a Break

Here’s five games that need some time to be alone and think about what they’ve done. (3DS, Culture, PS3, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360)

I think one Mario Kart a gen is fine, people think RE and FF need a break because their recent games sucked.if 15 is good people wont be saying it needs a break.

I find it funny that these types of people always attack the most popular and most profitable series.

Sales of games with Mario in it have been reaching ever new h heights mean that its still fresh to a lot of people.

Taking a break is something you do when you are tired and something you do to a series when people have gotten tired of it which hasn't happened in this case, since the only people who are making these complaints are the people who never really played the games to begin making it impossible for them to get tired of it realistically. You being tired of somethings success doesn't mean it needs to take a break.

Just one more thing people come up with to attack Nintendo's success.

The thing about Mario Kart adding characters from other games, why are we so shocked they haven't done that? It's called Mario Kart for a reason. That would be awesome, but I get why they haven't done it.

How about Call of Duty and Modern Warfare and all the cloned shooters take a break?

I can see the author's point regarding all the games in the list, EXCEPT Mario Kart.

I was like... "seriously?"

I gave up on Tiger Woods years ago because it really was "same old shit, different cover" for about 3 years running. It was a great shame as I used to play in a weekly tournament with a bunch of great people over at XBLA, but they always wanted to move on to the latest edition when it came out, but the last version I bought I only played it during the tournament as I had no interest in the game otherwise.

FIFA (34 vserions in 20 years)should be on the list, especially if Tiger is.
