10 Reasons To Snub Xbox One & PS4 And Stick With Current Gen

WC - It’s a pretty exciting time to be a gamer right now.

September will see the release of two of this year’s most talked about Triple A titles, while Sony and Microsoft are preparing to make the leap onto the next generation of consoles this November.

One of this year’s most hyped games, Grand Theft Auto V, is but two short weeks away, while Electronic Arts will release the latest iteration in their football simulation juggernaut series – FIFA 14 – a few weeks later.

As if that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, the aforementioned PlayStation 4 and Xbox One launch just two months after that, complete with their bells, whistles and fancy gadgetry.

With the release of these new consoles comes a new era of graphical abilities that are sure to stun and astound us just as the capabilities of the PS3 and Xbox 360 knocked us for six all those years ago. (PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

The great thing about keeping your current gen console even if you upgrade is...you can still play it! Dark Souls 2 FTW!

There were great things happened in tis gen like Uncharted but this gen wasn't great as PS1/PS2 eras so I am tired of this gen and I want to move to PS4 as quick as possible.

To be honest, this will be the first I dont buy either next console at launch. Dont get me wrong I will get one if not both eventually but there are no games at launch that make it worth the early investment. They all seem a little "more of the same but shinier", well to me they do anyway. Plus I still have so many current gen games to play and finish plus GTA5 is round the corner along with Arkham Origins so I should have plenty to get on with until some more interesting titles are released. But thats just my opinion everyone's different.

Uhh.. I've already made up my mind to buy a ps4, vita, and vita tv. And I can't wait. I won't wait.
