For free? One piece, but only because i know for sure i don't mind paying for a Ninja Storm game and probably wouldn't pay a lot for a One piece game. I looove the One piece Manga, but the games just don't impress me too much. So, my answer is One piece, but not because it is a better game.
Naruto. but one piece is fine cuz i can get it for the ps vita.
I'm done buying a Storm game until they finish the anime and manga completely, so I would go for One Piece for a change of pace.

I've generally enjoyed Artdinks games, but maybe it would be better to just play Macross 30th again, instead.
fans should stop reviewing this game...... saddens me that people speak out about the story and how weird it is.
its a game mostly for the fans. so a fan should do the reviewing. loving the game right now. things are alot better than the first one and everything is as great as it should.
