Oh it is! It uses a real world ocean simulator. This is why so many talk about the water being the best they've ever seen. It truly looks real life. When a storm rolls in you'll see 30 foot swells. You have to navigate those. There is just so much real life goodness in this game. So much detail in Next Gen.

the game may not be perfect but i feel their pushing too make a good game, too prove AC worth your time. guess will see after it out.
