The creation of 'Diablo 3' for Xbox 360 and PS3

Over the course of gaming's history, there are moments that are easy to see as being significant and memorable, and for those who are players on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, today marks a historic day because Diablo 3 is set to hit the latter two platforms for the first time.

What significance does this hold? It represents the amazing, upcoming shift in seeing games that are synonymous with PC, also coming to the Xbox 360, PS3 and their respective next-generation siblings.
