Vocal Co-op Episode 05: Who Killed the Wii U? Maybe the 2DS

Nintendo was center stage in the gaming spotlight today. The big N revealed a new version of the beloved 3DS to world and unceremoniously announced a price drop for the Wii U. Will the fanfare behind the 2DS put nails into the Wii U’s coffin? Jed and Dalton hash it out in the newest episode of Vocal Co-op. Voted wtf.... the 2ds is for kids.... that can only help gaming since sony and ms are ignore the smart phone threat.

Also the hunch is that the 2ds lets Nintendo source more screens for the gamepad which would lower the extra gamepad cost.

Making new gamers, cutting the overall cost of the wiiu by lowering the cost of the wiiu would be genius. This all happening as a exclusive title march happens... even if they fail to sell consoles they won't have to lay anyone off or sell any builds.

so far sony has lots a few execs, psp go, no free online and ms has lots a lot of people... no one has been fired at Nintendo. ? Some one jealious or bored.?

The video points out that the 2DS is being marketed to young children and that it will sell and get Nintendo a lot of attention. Did you watch the video?
