Out of the Park Baseball 14 is the latest text-based baseball simulator by Out of the Park Developments. For any fan of baseball simulators, or any sport for that matter, you will feel right at home in OOTPB. Despite simulating the game that is Baseball, it can be enjoyed by fans of various sports, baseball lover or not. I’ve heard that text-based simulators are on the way out, that the audience is shrinking. Out of the Park Baseball proves that is not the case.

Gi - Baseball is a sport slowly being taken over by nerds. There are still athletes on the field but the nerds in the sport are making the decisions on who those players are. Out of the Park Baseball 14 (OOTP 14) is the perfect game for those baseball-loving sports geeks.
As a sim it does leave out a few things... the answer back I normally get is that it's hardly used in baseball anymore or no one does that anymore... well what if I want to create someone who does?.. 95/100 is what I'd give it. It's got almost everything down I just wish they had some kind of autoupdate system
