What Champions did Riot add to League of Legends before adding a black person?

GamesRadar writes: "When League of Legends released in 2009 it only had 40 playable Champions, but in the years (and tens of millions of users) since that number has ballooned to well over 100. Every month has seen two to three new combatants entering Summoner's Rift, ready to do battle in one of the most popular games on the planet. They've been incredible varied--from giant bears to scarecrows to assassins, Riot has continued to add variety to its roster. Today brings the release of Lucian, a new character that fills a void otherwise totally empty in League: a black character.

Yeah, it's weird, isn't it? It took Riot nearly four years to finally add a black person (besides Taric, who was originally black and then was randomly updated to be more white). In that time it has added a ton of insane characters. What Champions has Riot added instead of adding a black person to League of Legends? Well, we've gone ahead and done that work for you..."
