Battle of the Marathons

From Joshua Hickman:

On August 30th, two groups who enjoy raising money for charity will be playing in the Battle of The Marathons in an attempt to race against each other through the Halo franchise. The two teams will gain points throughout the 72 hour marathon by completing campaigns of the series as well as some added goals through multiplayer and other aspects of the Halo games. These two groups are Play 2 Raise and The Marathon Gamers, one group from the sincere and kind country that is Canada, and the other from the gung-ho, patriotic country that is the United States of America. Both groups will be playing at the same time, starting on August 30th at 12:00PM PDT/2:00PM CDT. The battle is set to go for 72 hours in which both groups hope to raise as much as they can for charity. (Culture, Halo 4, Xbox 360)
