Considering its calamitous origins, The Bureau: XCOM Declassified could be a lot worse. Faint praise to be sure, but there’s an impressive tactical third-person shooter here in the midst of a buggy presentation. (PC, PS3, The Bureau: XCOM Declassified, Xbox 360) 3/5
