Gi - Saints Row 4 (PS3) Review

Gi - Saints Row 4 is an open world action game for the PlayStation 3 (also available on Xbox 360 and PC). It is the fourth game in the Saints Row series, and once again is developed by Volition. After THQ’s bankruptcy, Deep Silver picked up the franchise and handles publishing duties. While Saints Row 4 initially started as DLC for Saints the Third, it eventually got bumped up to a full game. Whether the original DLC was intended to be as crazy as what Saints Row 4 has been marketed to be or not is unknown, but Volition has decided to throw caution to the wind with Saints Row 4. As the current generation comes to a close, Saints Row 4 aims to be every bit as insane as it desires. Has the series suffered for releasing the shackles of reality or does going full on ODB make for glorious carnage? (PS3, Saints Row 4) 91/100
