New Monster Hunter Online Concept Artwork Shows Milad Village

Tencent games has shown quite a lot of screenshots of Monster Hunter Online so far, but they did not show many of the pieces of concept art that served as inspiration for the game. Today, for a change of pace, they did just that. (Monster Hunter Online, PC)

Really wish Monster Hunter evolved more since the original PS2 release. It just feels like they've been milking it with spin off's and minimal improvements for the last decade. Going nintendo exclusive was probably the nail in the coffin as far as graphical improvements go. Hopefully Deep Down ends up becoming what Monster Hunter never succeeded at being. The original game easily makes my top 20 games list of all time, but the series has become stagnant and needs a next-gen reboot (similar to DQ).
