The PS3 JRPG by Gust Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, originally published in 2009, is getting the remake treatment and will be released for PS3 and PS Vita in November (in Japan) with the title Shin Atelier Rorona (New Atelier Rorona).
'cause it makes them money I guess? Since they're remaking it for the vita, I guess adding a renewed PS3 version doesn't hurt.
cross-buy must buy! now let's wait for a confirmation cause it's stupid to have cross save with no cross buy no way i'll buy the game twice just to use this feature.
Because Koei is in charge now and they love milking their franchises.
Rorona was the weakest and least refined of that trilogy, so a remake isn't a terrible idea. I'll pick up, and I'm sure that many other fans will as well.
Remaking a PS3 game? First time ever?
I think it is. A PS3 remake, for PS3. Mind boggled :D
forget this sorry, I got it mixed up with Totori.
Ohboyohboyohboy. Loved Rorona, but compared to the later sequels there were some slight issues with balancing and pacing. Love the potential for the developers to fix this so that I can love Rorona as much as I do Totori and Meruru.
If the game was remade with some gameplay changes or graphical changes that resembles Atelier Meruru, then yes, I will definitely getting it.
nice. I skipped rorona and went to totori because of "internet" advice. Kinda regretted it because the story and characters make the game. I will treat this like a prequel *_*
